The objective of this document is to collate all the CISPR 16 technical reports that serve as background and supporting information for the various other standards and technical reports in the CISPR 16 series. In addition, background information is provided on the history of CISPR, as well as historical reference on the measurement of interference power from household and similar appliances in the VHF range. This document is an adoption with national modifications, and has been reproduced from, CISPR TR 16-3:2020 RLV (4.0) Specification for radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus and methods, Part 3: CISPR technical reports. The modifications are additional requirements and are set out in Appendix ZZ, which has been added at the end of the source text. The secretariat of this committee is managed by Standards Australia.
